We are looking for an Entitlements / Permitting Coordinator to join our in-house entitlements team under the direct supervision of our Entitlements Director. Experience with permitting and agencies interaction required. Ability to work independently, outgoing personality and knowledge of building codes a plus. Job requires in-house coordination, research as well as traveling to local jurisdictions to submit plans, meet with local agencies and plans examiners to review plans, and coordinate permit issuance. Bachelor’s Degree (Architecture, Urban Planning or related) at minimum is required.
