To support our continued growth in Seattle, Aedas is now seeking a high caliber candidate to provide architectural technical leadership for diverse, technically challenging projects.
•Fluent in English, spoken and written
•Exceptional design, communication, and management skills
•Proven ability to plan and lead the execution of the architectural documentation
•Proven ability to conceptualize and lead the development of the architectural detail for the project
•High rise and building envelope experience required
•Excellent knowledge of local building and land use codes, and regulatory requirements
•Experience with complex, phased permitting required
•Proficiency and proven project delivery with Revit required
•Professional registration required
•LEED Accredited Professional preferred
•Additional skills in visualization appreciated (Rhino, 3dsMax, Adobe Design Suite, etc)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
•At minimum, professional degree and 8 years relevant experience in a design first office, including design, documentation, contract administration, and project management
