||Architectural Project Manager
||Tuft & Needle (“T&N”) is the original disrupter in the mattress space. Founded in 2012 by Daehee Park and JT Marino, T&N has grown to one of the top players in the e-commerce bedding space. While most competitors raised significant amounts of investor funding and are loss-making, T&N was able to grow to $200m in revenues without investor funding while being profitable. In September 2018, T&N merged with Serta Simmons Bedding, the largest player in the US mattress market. The combined entity will have two head offices – Atlanta and Phoenix – and is working towards a customer-centric omni-channel business model with world-class R&D and manufacturing capabilities.
Tuft & Needle is seeking an Architectural Project Manager with a strong design background to join our growing Phoenix team. The Architectural PM will be responsible for executing and overseeing the growth of T&N’s retail footprint nationwide. This role’s primary focus is to maintain and monitor project budgets, schedules, and contracts in coordination with T&N leadership. The PM also serves as the primary point of communication between Tuft & Needle and outside consultants.
Founded in 2012 and leading the way for digitally-native mattress companies, Tuft & Needle disrupted a $15 billion industry armed with two things: an amazing product and an incredible customer experience. Today, we continue to make thoughtfully-designed products to improve the everyday lives of our customers and are extending our award-winning customer experience with aggressive brick-and-mortar expansion. As part of the Architecture Team, you will help shape the physical expression of the Tuft & Needle brand and join us in leading change across the entire retail industry.
