Design Search Associates (DSA) offers a talent referral program if you refer a friend that our client hires. These bonuses range from $1000 to $8,000.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the design and development process from commencement to the completion of projects
Work closely with clients and property staff to ensure operational requirements are met
Manage team to meet project schedules, work priorities and budgets to deliver high quality designs
Lead, motivate, mentor and train junior level staff
Utilize superior graphic and verbal skills
Coordinate with U.S. headquarters on design, technical and administrative matters
Education:
Advanced degree in Architecture or related design field
Experience (required):
15+ years of relevant experience
Previous experience designing large scale integrated resorts
Communicating with all levels of staff and clients
Experience (preferred):
Licensed architect/Preferred
hotel design experience
Business development experience
