Entrepreneurial spirit is an important part of the candidate characteristics we are looking for. Candidates should be interested in designing various scales of architecture projects from products to high end homes to large mixed use developments at various stages of design. Coordination with team members, consultants and stakeholders involved at various stages of the projects will be expected. Exceptional graphic and design sense and skill set is important.
1.Minimum of 2 years professional experience as a designer
2.Experience in Autodesk Revit (min 1+ years professional experience)
3.Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
4.Mastery of Rhino and 3DStudio Max or Maya
5.Mastery of VRay or equivalent rendering software
6.Experience in Grasshopper, Dynamo, or other scripting software
7.Excellent communication skills, fluent in English - spoken and written
8.Strong conceptual and design skill
9.Experience in Branding and Brand Development is a bonus
10.Published work is beneficial
11.Experience working in a leading American or international architecture office
12.Licensure and/or LEED certification are assets
13.Holds all legal permits or can obtain working visa required to work in the USA
